Pre-Registration

Pre-registration can be done online by accessing the postgraduate portal of the UPM. In this page you will find information about the deadlines and calls for application and registration for official UPM graduate courses.

Relevant dates

1. Pre-registration, first term: from February 7 to April 30.
2. Pre-registration, second term: from May 28 to June 30, 2015.
3. Publication of the admission list corresponding to the first term: May 26, 2015.
4. Publication of the admission list corresponding to the second term: July 15, 2015.
5. Registration, first term: From July 20 to July 31 and from September 7 to September 11, 2015.
6. Registration, second term: From January 30 to February 9, 2016.

Registration

Registration process is as follows:

• In late July, the student will be called for a meeting with the coordinator of the Master who will report in detail the procedure of registration.
• The student, with the help of a tutor, will choose the subjects to enroll. The coordinator of the Master will give the approval to the selected subjects.
• Registration is performed in the secretariat of the ETSIT where the letter of payment is generated. Payment is made at the bank.

According to the UPM rules, the minimum number of credits to enroll in a semester is 19 ECTS for full-time students and 12 ECTS for part-time students. (see rules).

Requirements for continuing in the program

According to the UPM rules, a student must pass at least 5 ECTS in the first year in which they enroll in order to continue as student in the program. (see rules_1)
